At Dearly Song, every song is written and produced from scratch, just for you, based on the answers and details you provide. Because of this, our policy is built around one promise: we don't stop until you love it.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If your song isn't quite right, we'll revise it, with unlimited revisions, until you are 100% happy. To request changes, simply reply to your delivery email or contact us at info@dearlysong.com and tell us what you'd like adjusted (for example the lyrics, tone, or a name). There is no limit to the number of revisions, and revisions are always free.

Custom, digital products

Because each song is personalized and made to order, and is delivered as digital content, all sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds once production of your song has begun. This is standard for custom-made and digital goods, and it's why we back every order with unlimited revisions instead, so you're never left with a song you don't love.

Where required by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that by placing your order and beginning the creation process, you request that we start work immediately and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that would otherwise apply to custom-made goods or digital content.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to correct a detail (like a spelling or a name) right after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible at info@dearlysong.com. If production has not yet started, we'll gladly update your brief. Once we've begun creating your song, we're committed to finishing and perfecting it for you through revisions.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged more than once in error, or believe there has been a billing mistake, contact us at info@dearlysong.com and we'll investigate and correct any genuine error promptly.
