Dearly Song creates custom, one-of-a-kind songs that are delivered digitally. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped, so you never pay shipping and no delivery address is required.
How your song is delivered
Your finished song is delivered as digital audio files by email, to the address you provide at checkout. Any add-ons you select (such as the printable lyrics PDF) are delivered digitally to the same email.
Delivery times
Your delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout:
- 48-Hour Delivery: your finished song arrives within 48 hours of your order.
- 30-Minute Delivery: your finished song arrives within 30 minutes of your order.
These are typical timeframes. During occasional periods of very high demand a song may take slightly longer; if we expect any delay, we'll email you.

Please check your spam or promotions folder first, and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@dearlysong.com and we'll resend it right away.
